Many of Slovakia’s existing commercial buildings are old and energy inefficient, and tenants, especially industrial ones who have higher energy requirements, are looking to upgrade their facilities.
Our halls are all green, clean and sustainable, complying to the highest BREAM standards, and we are flexible in delivering complex designs for our tenants. In construction we use the latest technical standards, keeping up with trends and innovations in energy saving technology. This means using the most sustainable and green construction materials, installing heat pumps, using solar panels and LED lighting and incorporating advanced technologies such as smart metering.

Situated in the fast-growing eastern region of Slovakia, development of Ferovo Park was started in 2023 and later that year its first hall won the prestigious Commercial Investment Journal (CIJ) award for the best new warehouse development in Slovakia.
Construction of the first hall of 30,000 square meters was completed in October 2024 and is fully leased to a major European multinational group involved in the manufacture of heat pumps.
When fully developed by 2026, Ferovo Park will have two halls totalling 45,000 square meters with further expansion potential on adjacent land to increase its size and fulfil its potential to become a major employment center for the eastern region.
Located next to a major transportation artery near Trencin, one hour north of Bratislava, Sihot Park was conceived as a project in 2013 and now a decade later it has become one of Slovakia’s leading logistics and light industry parks.
Sihot Park comprises over 400,000 square meters of land and has permissions for the construction of over 160,000 square meters Gross Leasable Area (GLA), made up of five industrial halls. Three of these have been built and are fully operational with a variety of major blue chip international tenants.
This project had a long preparation period due to complex legal issues concerning development permissions and private land purchases. Erneo worked closely with its legal and planning advisers to find creative solutions to these problems and in 2019 the project was finally approved for construction.
The fourth hall at Sihot Park is currently in its construction phase and expected to be completed in late 2025. The park is projected to be fully developed and completed sometime in 2027.
